DESCRIPTION:Monthly Membership Luncheon      \n\nJoin us as our distinguished panel of speakers talk about Cyber Security.\n\n\n\nANDY ODLE\, IT DIRECTOR WILKINS MILLER\n\n    As the Wilkins Miller IT director\, Andy Odle\, has extensive IT support knowledge and over 30 years of experience. With a degree in technology from Southeast College of Technology in Mobile\, he specializes in network design and management.\n\n    Andy is on the executive board for the Boy Scouts of Mobile and enjoys fishing\, golfing and working with the Boy Scouts of America.\n\n\n\nJOE McENERNEY\, VICE PRESIDENT NXTSOFT\n\n    Joe McEnerney has over twenty five years of progressively responsible positions in finance and operations management including positions as Chief Risks Officer\, Senior Lender\, and as a Chief Financial Officer. McEnerney has worked at two regional banks (AmSouth and Regions Bank) and at two community banks (FNB Baldwin County in Foley\, AL and Citizens National Bank in Meridian\, MS). In addition\, McEnerney worked for the FDIC.\n\n    McEnerney started his career in corporate finance with AmSouth as an analyst. In 1998 he joined SBS Corporation as its Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all areas of finance and administration for the software and systems integration company. This included accounting\, managing banking relationships\, purchasing\, and human resources.\n\n    In 2001\, McEnerney was a founding Director and Board member of FNB Baldwin County. At FNB Baldwin County McEnerney was responsible for all areas of finance and administration for the community bank.\n\n    In 2015\, McEnerney joined ThreatAdvice (now NXTSoft) as an analyst and has worked in product development and sales for the cyber security training and awareness company. He is a frequent presenter at cyber security education seminars.\n\n    McEnerney obtained a MBA with a double major in finance and operations management from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and has undergraduate degree in engineering and environmental sciences from Auburn University.\n\n\n\nCHRISTOPHER S. WILLIAMS\, HAND ARENDALL HARRISON SALE LLC\n\n    Chris Williams is a member of the firm and in Hand Arendall Harrison Sale's Commercial Litigation Section. He helped form the firm's Cyber Security Practice Group in 2016\, and has handled multiple cyber matters for clients\, including spear phishing attacks\, ransomware\, man-in-the-middle e-mail schemes\, wire instruction fraud\, and data breach claims. He has served as breach counsel for clients following a data breach\, has helped craft notification for compromised personal information pursuant to state and federal disclosure laws\, and has defended privacy and class action lawsuits resulting from a breach. He has also assisted clients in the implementation of cyber policies and the navigation of cyber insurance coverage issues following a breach.\n\n    Williams has made several presentations on cyber security risks and liabilities\, and has assisted in cyber-hygiene training and education.
