He is proficient in biological and ecological site assessments and investigations. A former biologist and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Specialist\, he holds certifications in biology\, field ecology\, environmental management\, program management and civic speaking. Mr. Ephriam is mayor emeritus of the City of Prichard and currently serves on the Mobile Area Interfaith Conference as board president and also serves on the board of the Three Mile Creek Partnership.  \n\n\n\nDon't Forget...
