There\, he held corporate roles at O'Charley's after being recruited from Ruby Tuesday Corporate. \n\nMinistry & Personal Life\n\nTim and his wife\, Penny (married for nearly 20 years)\, served as lead pastors before founding and currently co-pastoring The Tank\, a family- and discipleship-focused home church. They also support community ministry efforts like The Harvest Barn Ministry.
