He holds certifications in Water Restoration\, Lead Paint Renovation and Advanced Structural Drying.  T. John believes the key to a successful business is superior customer service and developing strong customer relationships.  He is dedicated to building a franchise that strives for continuous improvement to ensure that our customers' expectations are always surpassed. T. John loves spending his free time with family and friends.  He can be found cooking for them\, fishing\, and spending time on the water.
