Ralph A. Hargrove – President, CEO, and founder of Hargrove Engineers & Constructors. 

Hargrove was founded in Mobile, Alabama in 1995 by Ralph A. Hargrove, who launched the company from the attic of his home after years of experience in plant engineering for the paper, chemical, and petrochemical industries. In those 30 years – Hargrove has grown to 19 offices – running from the east to west coasts and along the gulf – including 2 offices in Mexico. Hargrove has over 2700 Teammates – with over 500 of those in Mobile – and is recognized as the largest engineering firm in Alabama.

Hargrove is a full-service engineering, procurement, construction & construction management firm and licensed general contractor in over 30 states, as well as providing services into the Canadian provinces. Ralph lives in South Baldwin County with his wife Kimberly, where he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family, including two children – Katrina and Corey – as well as seven grandchildren.
