Congressman Bary Moore- Mobile Office Hours

Congressman Barry Moore's staff will be at the Saraland Municipal Complex the 2nd Tuesday of each month for Mobile Office Hours, 1-3 pm.  They will be speaking with district citizens for federal administration needs.

Mobile office hours:
District congressional offices are staffed with constituent advocates, or caseworkers, who assist constituents with navigating federal agencies and resources. This includes agencies such as Social Security, The VA, State Department, USICS, and even FEMA. While we cannot help determining an outcome or influence the decision of a federal agency, we can sometimes help expedite a service or bring attention to cases that may have fallen through the cracks. At the very least, we can provide regular updates to a constituent in coordination with congressional liaisons at the various agencies we work with. While we have five offices in district one, there are still communities that are out of reach of the physical office as well as constituents who may not be able to reach us through our online portal. Mobile hours allow us to go into these more outlying communities to provide these residents our constituent services. This also serves as an important part of community relations for Congressman Moore and allows us to spread awareness about the services we offer to anyone living in the district.
