SARALAND REAL ESTATE PANEL DISCUSSION:
SEAN BRYANT- Sean is employed with Brett Real Estate, Robinson Development Corporation where he serves in the role of Corporate Development. In his role with Brett/Robinson, he works with prospective homeowners considering building new custom homes. He walks customers through the journey of designing a home and budgeting for the building process to completion and move-in. In his role with Brett/Robinson, he develops and leads development and growth initiatives for the   Company’s  Saraland operations. Sean serves on various boards throughout our community,  including the Home Builders Association of Metro Mobile, the Saraland Area Chamber of  Commerce (Vice President of Economic Development) and is an Advisory Board member on the University of South Alabama’s Melton School for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

BRITINI RIVERS- ROBINSON- With more than 18 years in the banking industry, Britni Rivers-Robinson has focused the last three years in the area of mortgage lending as a Mortgage Loan Originator.  In February 2023, she became Vice  President with River Bank & Trust where she leads the market in purchase, refinance and construction-to-perm loans. She prides herself in offering clients the best loan solutions possible with both the expertise and personal attention they need to feel confident throughout the mortgage process. Britni graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mobile with her Bachelors of Business  Administration where she also received the School of Business Area Award.  She resides in Saraland, AL along with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling and spending time supporting her children in their extracurricular activities.
 
LAUREL FLOWERS- Laurel has undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Business Finance as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Mobile. She has been in the insurance industry since 2008. After years of saving and learning the business she was able to open Laurel Flowers State Farm in her hometown Saraland, AL. Since then the agency has grown to a team of 7 licensed insurance professionals that care about this community! She believes it is her job not only to have a relationship with her customers and provide excellent customer service but to create value for them by helping create a personalized plan to protect their income and assets and help them achieve their goals. She also serves as the current President for the Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of directors for the Women’s Resource Center in Mobile. Laurel is married to Bradley Flowers and has two beautiful kids Kleighton (9) and Luke (1).

SAM CALDERONE is a licensed Associate Broker with REMAX Partners in Mobile. Sam has been selling real estate for 17 years and has been consistently top 1 percent of agents in Alabama for the last 12 years. Sam has two beautiful boys, Sawyer and Slayton- who are 6 and 8 years old. They enjoy baseball, hunting and fishing. Sam owns and manages almost 20 rental homes he has acquired over the last 5 years and  plans to focus more time and energy on the investment side of real estate as well.
