about Katie Knapp:
After earning her BSBA in HR Management from the University of South Alabama in 2012, Katie took a job working as the business manager and bookkeeper for local attorney and portfolio entrepreneur. This unique job opportunity gave her many years of multi-industry experience learning some of the best bookkeeping practices for a variety of different companies including a civil litigation law firm, commodity recycling sales, residential and commercial service-based businesses, construction, real estate investment, and property management. 
With nearly 13 years of bookkeeping experience Katie now has her own business, Balanced Business Solutions, LLC, offering freelance bookkeeping services to other business owners. She also provides her services through Intuit, Inc. as a QuickBooks Expert Bookkeeper. This opportunity allows her to continuously expand her knowledge about the QuickBooks Online program and learn even more about various industry specific bookkeeping practices.
