The Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in MISTLETOE MARKET on December 9, 2023. This exciting outdoor vendor event, held in conjunction with the Saraland Christmas Parade, will take place in the Town Center Park/Splash Pad which is located on the parade route. To participate, complete online registration and submit payment or visit the Chamber to register and pay in person. All incomplete applications will be deleted from online registration. Registration closes December 1, 2023.
This year you may select your booth location and number upon registration. CLICK HERE FOR VENDOR LAYOUT and list your preferred booth number and two alternates in the comment section of the application (We are unable to hold spaces for unregistered vendors). An accepted application is a commitment to participate in the Market. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING INCLEMENT WEATHER. NO RAINOUT DATE SCHEDULED FOR MARKET. Vendors must exhibit the full day of the event and be in their booths during designated festival hours. If you sell out of merchandise before end of show, please know you cannot breakdown your booth before 4 pm. Stand-in or proxy vendors are not permitted. Submission and payment of an application is acceptance of our HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. The Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for injuries, theft or accidents. No pornographic items, sexually explicit materials or alcoholic beverages are allowed to be sold or displayed. We reserve the right to deny participation.
Vendors bear the responsibility for all setup and security needs for their exhibit.
During setup, nails or other anchors may not be placed in the street or sidewalk. Make alternate arrangements to secure your booth. Fines will be imposed for destruction of City property. Tent weights may be used in the grass areas. NO TENT STAKES MAY BE USED DUE TO SPRINKLER SYSTEM. No loud generators or space heaters are allowed in the festival area. No amplified music is permitted.
Vendors who have not checked in with registration by 8 a.m., Saturday December 9, 2023, will forfeit their booth space and fee.
Vendors must exhibit the full day of show, 9 am to 4 pm.
Onsite parking will not be allowed, unless vendor purchases parking pass or booth space with parking. (PARKING PASSES FOR PASSENGER VEHICLES ONLY. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ON-SITE.) Vendors will not be able to drive on the grass. Be prepared to unload and carry/cart merchandise to your booth. Once unloaded, cars must be parked offsite, and a shuttle service will be provided.
Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce does not limit vendors from like companies. Please check vendor list prior to registration.
ALL food trucks and concessions must be self-contained. No power extension provided.
ALL food vendors must be able to provide proper licensing and/or permits if requested.
ALL mobile boutiques should call the chamber before registering to ensure space is accommodating.
Booth Space: 10' x 10' (unless otherwise noted on vendor layout.)
Electricity is available on the booths designated by the colors yellow and red on the vendor layout.
No loud generators or space heaters are allowed.
No amplified music is allowed.
Number of booth spaces available: 152
Vendor Booths for 2023 event will be a mixture of singles and doubles. If a double is purchased, you will have two adjoining spaces.
REGISTRATION/SETUP *ALL VENDORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SET-UP ON FRIDAY, DEC. 8TH.
EARLY SET-UP WILL BE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8TH FROM 11AM- 5PM. A SARALAND POLICE OFFICER WILL BE ON DUTY FROM 6PM-6AM TO SECURE THE AREA FOR VENDORS WHO CHOOSE EARLY SET-UP.
Vendor check in will begin at 6:30 am on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Once you are checked in you may begin booth setup. Setup should be complete by 8:30 am. and cars parked at the designated parking area. Remember: No onsite parking this year, unless pass is purchased. Be prepared to unload and carry/cart merchandise to your booth. Once unloaded, cars must be parked offsite, and a shuttle service will be provided. Vendors are to provide their own tents, tables, chairs and electrical cords. If your booth has electrical access, please be sure to have ample amount of extension cord.
Vendor breakdown will begin at 4 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! (IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER BEFORE 4 PM ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, THE SARALAND CHAMBER WILL ANNOUNCE THAT VENDORS ARE ABLE TO BREAKDOWN THEIR BOOTHS).
