She serves as the company?s liaison for local and state government offices ? representing central and south Alabama as well as south central Mississippi. \n\n \n\nPrior to this role\, Davis served as Director of Marketing & Community Relations where she led various business initiatives to improve customer service communications and increase company engagement with the community. \n\n \n\nDavis is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. She also received her master?s degree in Communications from the University of West Florida with an emphasis on media ethics and law.\n\n \n\nDavis serves on a number of boards\, committees and advisory councils ? some include the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce?s state Government Affairs Committee\, the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce?s Governmental Affairs Committee\, the Alabama School of Math & Science Foundation Board of Directors and Distinguished Young Women. \n\n \n\nDavis is currently a Fellow in the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority\, Incorporated. \n\n \n\nPrior to pursuing a career in the natural gas industry\, Davis spent 14 years as a broadcast journalist. \n\n\n\nPanel Members\n\n\n\nSusan Shaw is the founder and CEO of 29 Strategies\, a full service Marketing & Advertising firm based in Fairhope\, AL. 29S serves clients in both the B2B & B2C sectors across the United States in various industries\, from Manufacturing to Hospitality\, and has a focus in New Client/Customer Generation and Brand Efficiency for their clients. Originally from Omaha\, NE and growing up in Kansas\, Shaw has founded and worked for several Mobile area companies. She is a graduate from the University of Mobile with a B.S. in Chirstian Leadership and Ministry and a M.Ed in Higher Education Leadership & Policy. She currently serves on the board of Bayshore Christian School where her daughter Quynn attends school. Shaw is a board appointee for the Mobile Sports Authority\, our local sports commission for Mobile and Baldwin County. She serves on the board The Family Center working to educate and prevent child abuse through parenting classes and resources. Shaw is a devout Christian and gives soul credit to Christ for the blessings bestowed upon her life today. \n\n\n\nDanielle Dials is the owner of the beauty & skincare brand\, ?Danielle Ren e.? She launched the brand online\, which focuses on natural skincare\, bath\, and beauty products\, during the 2020 pandemic. Many of the products are made with natural and plant based ingredients. A year later\, Danielle left her 22-year TV news career at Fox 10 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. She says the skills she learned during her experience at FOX 10 have helped tremendously in building a brand from the ground up. Her experience includes TV production\, web writing\, directing\, on-air branding\, hosting\, producing newscasts & content\, and advertising sales. \n\nDanielle says she decided to build a business around skincare\, beauty\, and selfcare for a few reasons. For one\, these are things that help women and men feel more confident about themselves. She says she also wanted to bring something new to the community. Danielle Ren e?s first storefront opened on Shelton Beach Road in Saraland in October 2021. \n\n\n\nMichelle Crowe is the founder of e-worc\, a full-service marketing and advertising agency that works best with business-to-business (B2B) industries in the areas of maritime\, shipbuilding\, public utilities\, engineering\, and industrial supplies. Michelle?s 30+ year career of providing effective direction\, advice\, and general counsel within corporate environments is highlighted by a personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed.\n\nServing as a sales manager\, marketing director\, account manager\, research director\, consultant and as a key executive in organizations with responsibility for management\, media relations\, advertising\, branding\, and communications - she has successfully grown top-producing teams and organizations.\n\nRecognized as an expert in matters relating to digital media\, traditional media\, print\, relationship marketing and employee communication\, she has focused her efforts on applying her broad-view approach to business\, fulfilling the primary\, urgent sales needs of the corporation. During highly stressful situations\, Michelle remains a firm\, clear and consistent force.
