T.John is Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Mobile County. After receiving a B. S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, T. John made it his life’s work to help businesses build, grow and succeed.  He worked in a variety of industries before purchasing the SERVPRO franchise in 2016.  T. John saw this as a great opportunity to become a part of an amazing company and join his father and brother in the industry.  He holds certifications in Water Restoration, Lead Paint Renovation and Advanced Structural Drying.  T. John believes the key to a successful business is superior customer service and developing strong customer relationships.  He is dedicated to building a franchise that strives for continuous improvement to ensure that our customers’ expectations are always surpassed. T. John loves spending his free time with family and friends.  He can be found cooking for them, fishing, and spending time on the water.
